Sentence striked out in sale deed

Recently i purchased a property and got it registered in the registered office. In the sale deed there was a sentence related to the car parking which occurred twice in the sale deed. so the document writer striked off the extra line and got the copy scanned and uploaded without the signature of the seller. All this happened with out my or the seller notice, not sure how the document writer took such a dare step to strike off the additional line, Is this ok or i do need to get the signature of the seller on the striked off place and get it scanned again, or else are there any alternatives for this ?

It is better to go for rectification deed.

concrete opinion can be formed only on seeing the paper.
