What is maintenance and welfare of senior citizen act 2007 ? DM (district magistrate) has the power to evict a daughter inlaw from her matrimonial home ? And is ownership of property mandatory under this senior citizen case ? I mean father inlaw has to prove his ownership in front of the DM for daughter inlaw 's eviction ??
