Selling of Muslim property

A Muslim person in india want to sell his building property to me which he has earned himself to a person. Can his sons or daughters and wife stop him from selling it. The property is entirely brought buy his money and build by him with his money. Is there any Muslim law stop him to sell the entire property to other Hindu person?
