Section to use to remove Bailiff and how it could be done ?

if anybody stood as surety for any accused in any criminal case and subsequently wants to be discharged from this liability,  all he has to do is to file a petition u/s 444 crpc,stating that he wants to be free from the liability, for some reason.

but,the accused has to produce/ substitute another surety, to avoid remand.
