Hi experts, A & B are sons of C, both brothers advanced a loan to D by account payee cheque for Rs. one lac each. Someway C got a cheque of D of Rs. 2 lac and filed a cheque bounce case against D, by claiming that D issued a cheque to C to satisfy the liability of D towards A & B. 1.Will C success ? 2.Defence of D ? 3.Any Apex court ruling on this ? Apex court JUDGMENTS say that drawer of cheque is also liable.

You can contest the case on various other factors, please show the copy of notice and copy of court case and we will show you step be step procedure to come out of the case.
