Appears to be one of the worst judgments of the times. Gagging an open court system and media reporting  - is certain to give tremendous powers and possibilities for judges to work behind the screens - engaging in all kinds of malpractices without public scrutiny.

Shows the weaknesses and aspirations and expectations of the present judiciary to usurp powers fror themselves.

Very bad precedent by Supreme Court - should be decried to be set aside at the earliest.
