- I was served a 13(2) notice by the institution on 7th Oct,2015.
- I replied with my objection on 27th Nov,2015 within the stipulated 60days.
- Till today (4th May,2016) I have not received a reply to my objection.
- Nor I have received any 13(4) notice.
- On 28th April,2016, I received a " possession intimation" without citing any law section or action date.
Is this a valid legal process? If so, what are my recourse. If not what are my recourse.
