I am taking VRS from Income-tax Deptt. I have done my LL.M from University of Bombay in 1985. I wish to practice as an Advocate for taxation in Tribunal and High Court. Can I register for practice as a routine matter or do I have to take any test ? If any test has to be taken , will it relate to my field of taxation.

I think in Maharashtra exam for sanad compulsary for those who passed LLB after 2010.
