As such there is no tempelate availble for drafting patent application.

However, I can tell you the parts of patent application.

1) Title of invention

2) Field of Invention

3) Object of Invention

4) detailed Descripttion

5) abstract

To get an idea of drafting, you can see old published patent applications related to invention of your field at WIPO site.

Try to get your concept on types of Forms that are required under the Patent Act. Some are as Form 2 Form 5 Form 3 and the Power of Authority, you also need to have the assignment if the invention has passed from the inventor to third party. Its a very delicate and complex in nature. I suggest you take the advice of a PATENT AGENT/ATTORNEY .
