Sale of under construction property with housing loan

We(husband and me) made a sale agreement with brigade group in bangalore on April 2012. Possession was dec 2015 but now it's postponed to June 2016. We hv taken loan from hdfc.

I was working then but now house wife. Husband first home on his name and an Australian citizen.

sq ft 1210 built up area

till date we have paid approximately 18 Laks to bank and 13. Laks down payment.

Purchase price 3850 current price 5350.[

if we wish to sell the property to brigade back it's 5% clause

final payment pending which they wld include property tax! ekhate cost! registration, corpus funds etc rounding to around 13 laks (based on others who were given letter)

I am unable to access if we are in loss or gain.

whats the best option if v cannot purchase any in near future say a yr

to sell to builder? If so after all tax implication what we wld gain. 

To sell a buyer who will take up our loan? What's gain after tax

to sell a buyer who will pay upfront? What's gain after tax

or finish registration n. Wait cause property will cap at 6500 in a yr when the integrated hotel retail n commercial space comes up in a yrs time

can v register just on his name. Though sale agreement is on both names.
