1.a person Y purchase property by SPA from X where in it written that he can sell it

2.the puchaser Y sell it by agreement for sell to Z

3.X dies, Y,Z alive

4.property still in name of X, Y not coperate

5. is this deal still valid

6. how to transfer property in name of Z

events as happened

1.X original owner who gave SPA to Y( first sold the house)

(it is written in SPA that Y can sell it)

2.Y then sell it to Z by Agreement for sell (second sold the house)

3. X dead

property still in name of X

is SPA and agreement still stands to transfr property in name of Z or no
