Sale of property

i am teanant of mr A from 2009, in 2013 same property is sold to mr B without my knowledge. mr A and B together tried to force vacate property after sale to which i went to the ACJM Courts and received the Stay Order for legal procedure to vacate property in 2013 against mr A and mr B. no w in December 2018, mr B sold it to mr C while the case is still on in courts.

my query is

a) is mr B out from case.

b) is mr C turns to be party against me in this case which is already running.

c) in registry papers of this property which is sold by mr B to mr C, it is mentioned that this property is free from any charges, court cases etc and physical possession of this property has been given to mr C, whereas this property has case since 2013 and i have been staying in this property since 2009 till today.

Make him additional party in suit. As u r tenant u cannot insist them to according to Ur wishes they have right to sell the property.
