I Have purchased 10.5 sense land from landlord in 2008 and I have constructed house in this land
The land lord was allowed 3 feet way to go to my house in his land by a consent letter at that time in 2008
This 3 feet way is not shown in my registered tippan But in Conversion tippan it has been shown clearly
IN 2012 one party has get registered rest of the land of my landland including my 3 feet way to my house by fraud without consent of my landland as he was even do'nt know how much was registered and where are the boundaries of his sold land to that party. New Party covered the land inclusive of my 3 feet way to my house and not allowed me to go to in this way . As I approached the landlord in this matter He told I will file a creminal case against him for cheating Is it possible as per Law and will he sucess?
