Sale deed

Dear Seniors,

greetings!

recenty we are purchasing a plot from the seller in which it is mentioned that the seller has constructed residential building on the same but specification of residential building is not mentioend in the sale deed for plot.

 

query is whether the residential building mentioned in the plot should not get registered like in the normal couse any floor is being registered in the building, please suggest

@Author, if there is building/are building in the plot, the seller should mention the same.  if he did not mention it, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check/verify all the requirement including structure measurments, boundaries, the particulars of previous documents, EC etc.... so ask the seller to mention the required particulars of the property.  otherwise you should not pay the balance amount to the seller.
