I made an agreement of sale with a company to sale copyrights of my book. This copyright within two months after completion of the book. I received Rs. 2o thousand as copyright amount which was mentioned in this agreement. This agreement was made in my house, I signed it but it was to be registered in other city, where that company has its registered office. On mentioned date the Mangager of that company was at my house in my city. But after that the company never registered that agreement as it was promised verbally and also not provided me any copy of that agreement in spite of my various telephonecally and one written request. Now he is harrasing me by filling complaints to the police by making allegations on me for infringement of the terms of agreement. But I am sure I never did anything like this. I want to know two things: Is this agreement valid because it is not registered and second can I challenge this agreement to cancel it?
