Hi i have doubt in a sale deed, my grand father has four children 2 sons and 2 daughters among them my father is the youngest.Our grandpa has brought 1.2 acr land through his hard earned money and he also had 1 acr land through ancestral in nature.My grandpa has given his own property of 1.2 acr to my father through a sale deed in the year 1996 and my father deceased six months ago,my fathers family members kept silence for 18 years ,now they used to ask for my fathers property also.my question is
1.Is there any chances of claiming the land of 1.2 acr that was given by my grandpa to my dad through a legaly registered sale deed that was not ancesteral in nature.
