Sale deed

Dear All..

Kindly take note that my company has purchased one plot of land in Industrial Estate. The Other group company of has also purchase one plot of land in Industrial estate of same area. the sale deed of both lands are different on the name of two difference companies. Both company together build one common building on both land. the both company has taken loan against the sale deed of land. Both company have mortgaged the land and Building to Bank as per their sale deed.

Now we would like divide the ownership of building on floor wise of the building.

Let me know how can we proceed further in above case.

Regards

Jayendrakumar

How can you both constructed one building on two plots ? Either of the party has to relinquish their rights on the land. Then only possible. Have you done like that ?

Both the companies entered in to agreement to construct building and expenses will be shared by both companies.
