I PURCHASE PROPERTY BY BUILDER UNDER CONSTRUCTION LAST FIVE YEAR AND LOAN IS DISBURSMENT PART PAYMENT BUT STILL DATE THAT NOT COMPLETED SO I WANT TRANSFER THE LOAN IS NEW PROPERTY SO I WANT WHAT IS PROCESSION AND BUILDER IS SAME

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

If there are NO issues with new property then IT matter between you, builder, lender…

Let the builder make an offer to you in writing..

Let your own LOCAL counsel advice you after examining all property related docs…
