Saath barah query

Hi All, 

 

My father purchased a 1100 sq ft land , and built and house on it , we are staying there from past 25 years.

I have noticed that we do not have saath barah on our name.

My father is the 3rd owner of this land, we do not know where the second owner is but are sure that his name is not on the Saath Barah.So its seems in saath barah its on First owners name.

We have been filling property tax regularly.

How do I get our name on the Saath Barah extract, can the first owner toruble us for this, will we require the first owners signature or anything as such to do this?

 

Please advice.

You must be having registered sale deed and link sale deeds.

Submit to the concernd revenue office/officer.

If you are unable to handle ntrust to your able counsel.

It is always better to have it.
