SRA Property

Hi All,

Very Good Morning!

My self Swapnil Dhuri residing in Mulund. I am planning to buy SRA property in Mulund-East.

Owner received possession in June'18 and as per law Lock-in-period is 5yrs (correct me if I am wrong) also OC will be hand-over to Owners in next two months as committed by builders to society members.

My queries are :
1) What are documents need to be check with owner.

2) Will bank provide loan if OC is der.
