SC rejects Sanjay Dutt's plea to contest LS polls

 Hi,

Whether the Supreme Court's decision rejecting Sanjay Dutt's plea in contesting Lok Sabha elections would have any bearing on criminals entering into politics?

Defenitly it has. A good move by SC. Still we have great expectation in Judiciary so the public also.

Prakash Sir, It will be great if you can post the SC decision for the members. Certainly this issue should be debated to its logical conclusion in the interest of the entire Nation.

Sure! Let the common people feel the rule of law and supremacy of Indian constitution.We cannot expect a criminal to rule us and a lawmaker. A very welcome decision which will be a landmark for future.
