SC caste benefits in State Govt

Father is a Tamil SC Hindu Adi Dravida . Mother of Child is SC Mala. Now, can the Child get SC Adi Dravida caste certificate from Andhra Pradesh? And will that Child get benefit of SC reservation in Andhra State Government since the child will be studying in Andhra Pradesh?
