Rti query_bangalore

Hello,

My friend's lawyer has advised him to use RTI route to get information on his wife's employment who is working in Bangalore in a top IT company ( Private sector ) but claiming she is unemployed. Could you please guide on how to file RTI , to whom it should be addressed , whether it needs to be sent directly to employer and what are the fees to be paid and any format available. How many days does it take to get information.

My friend currently lives in Gurgaon and is working in a Govt.job.

We cannot get details from private company under rti act.try from income tax department if u know pan no

Dear.....Pvt. Company will not respond to your RTI Application but if you are confident that your wife is working in that company, then Call HR manager of that Company along with employee register as Witness. He has to come and give witness and no one would like to give false witnnesss in private sector as it may take his job. .so try this

Hi mahdev you could not recieved any information by RTI from any private company coz they did not respond you back if you think that your wife working their than you call to company manager for prvide her last three month salary slip

if they could not do than you give application in court and release order from court for provide salary slip
