I Had filed a RTI APPLICATION TO ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION and therefater also confirmed on phone about its receipt.
One month has already been passed but receive no response.
please guide what is the next stage.
Is there any penalty by not informing the application within one month.

Section 7 of R.T.I. Act, 2005 either prove the information on payment of such fee as may be prescribed or reject within in thirty days. Section 19 of the R.T.I. Act, 2005 Any person who does not receive a decision within the time specified one month may file Appeal.
