A citizen can not get information on judicial proceedings under RTI, as they have their own procedures even before enactment of RTI, and one can seek such documents of judicial proceedings only as per their rules and regulations.

A citizen can seek information on administrative matters from Public Information officer of SC which includes certified copies.
