I own non agriculture property in Mangalore city limit. Now I am planning to sell the property. Buyer has gone for legal opinion for taking loan and Lawer says that RTC is required. I do not have RTC and it is not there (I checked up in https://bhoomi.karnataka.gov.in site also).
My question is:
Does converted land require RTC ?
If RTC is required, do they issue RTC in city limit? I already have Khatha and also layout approval notice from MUDA.
