Roof top solar heater by builder

We were told by builder that we will receive warm water from roof top solar water heater installed, but now neither the installed heater is working nor we are getting any warm water. When we complained to builder , we get a notice saying that , the capacity may not be enough and they can not do anything about it. Kindly advise

If there is any written agreement to that extent that you can enforce that ,just haersaying would not help you in courts.

If it is part of your aminities. You can send legal notice and file consumer complaint before consumer forum.

Warranty period?

you can approach consumer forum after a prenotice to the company..
