Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum consisting of three judges out of them one is judicial member or president and other two are non judicial. The rights of Judicial and non-judicial members are same.Without agreement with the view of non-judicial members President alone can not pass any judgment and at the same time If two Non-judicial members having same view towards a particular dispute and if the view differs from the view of Judicial member/President. The views of non-judicial member stands.
A few president having an idea that they are all in all while passing a judgment and at the same time the members also have such an idea growing from ignorance. The relation between the Judicial and Non Judicial members are not at all is relation of Teacher and student, so as to Junior advocates.
Let the mebers of DCDRF do feel their rights, gather the knowledge, discuss the disputes with their Ld. friends and may please to pass judgments even without agreement with the President. If any member disagree with the view of other members including president please pass your view in the judgment and thus put your signature in consumer movement in India,
And Only by these way the PUBLIC MONEY SPENT TOWARDS THE MEMBERS may properly be utilized.
