Respected Sir/Madam,
Near to my garden road construction is going on and we have a fencing. Road contractor as us to remove the fencing as one meter away from patta land. We agreed to change the place.opposite they have around 5 meter but EB line is on that side. They are not ready to move the eb line.
Now they ask to remove our fencing within a day. we requested them agriculture is going on we need a ample time might be a month. they are not agree with that also they are saying in oral not given any written notice. Panchayat president said if we are fail to take in a day they will hit the all the fencing it seems.
What is procedure to extent the days to remove the fencing. Incase if the hit the fencing without our permission what is action we suppose to take next. is any formalities is there to stop removing fencing.
