Rights of meritorious sport person

Respected Members

Can a Meritorious Sport Person who availed a Govt. Job reserved for Sport Quota (already in service) can compete for the the another higher/different post reserved for Meritorious Sport Person.Here it is to mention that during In-service period she/he get many another medals in international and national level.

Is any Leading case in above facts and circumstances ?

yes you can apply through proper channel taking no objection certificate from the concerned department why becasue this noc if you get another oppurnitity then you can relive the job immediately and join the new job without any hurdles if you hide the fact about previous job then when you select in new job the previous job may give hurdles

so take proper steps to follow and you will be success as in sports
