My grandmother was a tenant of a pagdi flat. At the time of my grandmother's death - my father and mother and my uncle and his wife were residing with my grandmother. My father passed away a couple of years after her death, at which point I moved back into the flat with my wife.
From what I understand of the MRC Act - My uncle and mother have co-tenancy rights to the flat.
What are the rights of a co-tenant of a pagdi flat? How is the internal space divided? How can I file a partition suit for a pagdi flat if our family does get along?
Can we file a RAD suit to get clarity of our rights?
