Right to enter!!

Two brothers occupy two adjacent land properties, brother having inner land property  sold his property without consent of the second prother and his property has no way to enter except second brother's land , the purchaser wants way to enter, what remedies second brother has to stop the purchaser ?

Challanege the sale made by such brother and get the sale-deed set aside so that inner way be available to both the adjacant owners as per their going on schedule.
