Revocatiojn of poa to builder

I have entered into an registered “agreement for development of land” for construction of flats on land with a builder. I have consequently also given him “irrevocable power of attorney” of my land for construction and sale of his share of flats. Now we both mutually want to cancel the said agreement and power of attorney. Please tell the procedure whether it can be revoked in sub-registrar by making a registered revocation deed or in court or by any other way? Shall I have to pay full stamp duty if I revoke the PoA by registered deed?

1.  A duly drafted "Revocation Deed" and duly registered before the registrar of sub-assurances, is lawfully sufficient enough, for all purposes.  Both parties need to be physically present before the authority.

2.  Duly annex the registered “agreement for development of land” and the “irrevocable power of attorney”, with the "Revocation Deed"
