In criminal matter under section 397 of crpc revision can be filed in session court or in high court.. It has to be filed maximum in 90 days of the order which you want to challenge.. Moxit shah 9913945154

Hi, the above answer is accurate. Please note furthermore, whether or not the High Court excercises its revisional power rests purely upon its discretion. Also, an application made for revision can only be made on grounds of jurisdictional error.
