Revision/Appeal

Sir namashkar
My DV Act and 498a has been dismissed at trial and appeal. Maint in Crpc was ordered v@ 10000 Rs for wife n two children on 05 Oct 2018. I filed Revision but was dismissed .Now wife filed execution and revision.Divorce case is also running. I have already paid 150000 in DV Act.What should I do to stop or stay maintenance

Respected Sir,

"A husband/father is duty-bound to maintain his wife and child. Unless there are very special reasons, the higher Court should not normally stay such an order.

The following order was made by the Honorable Supreme Court.
