My mother has made a registration deed of her property in my son's name who is a minor.
I recently heard that gift deeds can be withdrawn or taken back by the parents if they desire. Is it possible to reverse this transaction without informing me or my son?

It is sale deed ot gift deed?
Apparently it is gift deed.
Gift can be revoked by court of law if it is by fraud,coercion etc ...
