Return of registered a/d letter by lawyer without any remark

Recently sent a registered a/d letter to a lawyer whose address was obtained through RTI to Bar Council Mumbai. The letter sent to the lawyer has come back from postal authorities without any remarks. What is the next step please?

Contact Postal authority reason for no remark for return of the a/c card, since you have paid fee for that service.
