Hi, we have formed an agro cooperative society in December 2015 and i was president and chief promoter there but in 2015, first general body meeting, i have resigned from there and start my job again as the work and function of society was not suitable for me. Since it has been more than 4 years now and i have updated management list with the receiving of ministry of agro. My name is not there.
My question is, if there any irregularity of fund and all to be found there than i am clear out of them or it could be a problem for me?
Please guide.
