Application, District Court held that case of Plaintiff in RCS before Trial Court (Civil Judge) is based on false statements and evidences and hence actions must be taken against Plaintiff Quarry Whether such Judgement of District Court in Cri Misc. Application is binding on the Trial Court (Civil Judge) in the civil matter being RCS Regard HARIOM
