iF THE dISTRICT COURT cIVIL jUDGE IS  SUPERIOR TO CITY CIVIL COURT CHIEF JUGE IT IS BINDING. OTHERWISE NOT. nO RESJUDICATA IS  APPLICABLE.it IS NOT BINDING ON THE TRIAL COURT.iF BOTH  THE COURTS ARE SIMILAR OR EQUAL; RESJUDOICATEA APPLIES.

When the matter is being dealt by Advocate, who is well versed with such facts, get his opinion and second opinion from that Advocate, who can read the orders and interpret correctly.  General guidance is not proper.  Get specific guidance on studying the facts and going through documents.
