Request letter from caw cell.

Hi,

I have received a request letter to appear in CAW cell on Friday regarding some complaint filed by my wife.

Would like to understand what to expect in CAW cell, what is this meant for and whats the workflow of activities in this cell?

Is there anything particular to be kept in mind and are there any kind of negotiations going there? if yes, how do we handle them? The list of stridhan articles is as usual false, how do we tackle it?

PS:- I heard CAW is another name of "Extortion" cell for Women.

Is your wife seperated from you or still with you ?

Go there and be cool, find out what your beloved had complained about and defend yourself. You may have an idea of what issues you both had in the marriage and present yourself accordingly.

Take some proofs if you have of any recordings/emails etc that would expose your wife's lies

Don't get tensed the CAW cell does not have any powers , Its not a court but a mediation center. They may try to pressurize you but stay cool and dont lose your temper , ultimately they will try to initiate patch up or would ask for settlement based on your wife's demands
