Request for citation

My advocate is unable to find any decision of Karnataka High Court regarding Final Decree Proceedings being held not maintainble, arising out of a suit for partition of HUF property. I shall be grateful if I could be informed if there is any such decision(citation) either of the Supreme Court or of any other High Court wherein it has been ruled that the FDP is not maintainable due to the plaintiff and some defendants having sold their undivided shares to a stranger during pendency of the FDP and the stranger is impleaded as a defendant.
