We are in the process of renting of one plot , we have already paid Security Deposits for renting of Plot, now after many discussions we have finalised the draft agreement for the said Rent Agreement.
The Agreement will be frank shortly and then excecuted and registered in due course.
date of execution of Agreement will be 1st May 2015, however , can we mention the tenure of the Rent Agreement shall start from 1st April 2015.
In short can agreement be exceuted at later date than the effective date.
Will it be treated as valid agreement for all puposes.
Please guide.
