Rent Law

A suit was decreed in favour of landlord for ejectment after well contested by the tenant. At the time of execution tenant raised question before the court that suit tried by the Court had no jrisdiction. What remedy to the landlord? Whether decree passed by the trial court may set-aside? What benefit to the tenant? Under What Provision of law?

The tenant does not have any right to raise any objection in execution in regard to the jurisdiction or otherwise. The tenant can only file appeal against the judgement. The Court executing the decree can not go behind the decree
