Rent Control

We are paying rent control from 10 years. Recently my father expired in who's name the property agreement is. The landlord is desperate to throw us out. We have been suggested to send a money order in my mother's name to the landlord. What will happen if they accept it?

Dear querist,

No one can throw outside your rented house with following due process of law.

Firstly try to settle matter amicably with landlords, secondly try to find other place on rent in other to save yourself and your family form this unnecessary mess, thirdly if first and second other are not help contact local advocate for help.
