It's your choice. Which legal point do you wish the members to clarify?

If you marry a woman with child, you have to maintain thw child also obviously.   However, if you adopt that child, then the child becomes your legal child claiming his all liabilities n maintenance, education etc and estate after the death.

Forget bout the issue of woman having child or not.  Whether the woman and child are going ok with you that is the issue.   else marry an issuless woman.  In any case be carefule befoe marrying
