Relinquish deed

Hi We are two brothers and one sister , we are having property belongs to parents who were expired ,

Now our sister wants to relinquish her share of property to both of us,  

Please advise  do it can be done through relinquishment deed, still the title deed is on our fathers name.

yes your sister can reliquish their share in brothers name if your parents is died.

Yes it can be done through relinquishment deed

Your sister can relinquish her 1/3rd share in the intestate property by executing a registered release deed in favour of her both the brothers.

If the title is of your diseased fathers name apply to revenue authorities along with death certificate & the succession certificate get entered your names and register the relinquish deed to the sub registrar and apply to revenue authority along with Index2 of the regd. document.
