Relieving and joining date mismatches

I have worked in MNC company while exiting from company I took early releving from manager and joined in other company but I got my experience letter as per my notice period.will it be accepted in other organization?example(manager relieved me on 22/6/2016 and I joined in other company on 24/6/2016.as per notice period and experience letter last worked day 03/7/2016). Now I want to join in another MNC company , above mentioned dates give me any negative feedback for background verification? 

My 1st company last working day as per experienc and company data (03/7/2016) and 2nd comapnay joining date 24/6/2016

While posting such queries employee should post basic information!

What is this establishment; Govt, private, Commercial, Industrial?

What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?

How many persons are employed in it?

What is your designation and nature of duties?

How many persons report to you?

Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?

You are in which state? Since how many months you are working? Are you under probation period or your service is confirmed in writing?

 

Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?

What is notice period as per appointment letter/offer letter and what was notice period tendered by you?

Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you?

Does the establishment have its appraisal system? Do you have copy of signed appraisal forms, matrix, KRA’s, performance date? How was your performance?

Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?

Has the establishment issued/supplied, offer letter, appointment letter, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, correct FnF statement, Form 16 as per correct FnF statement, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation/final resignation, acknowledgment of handover of charge, NOC/NDC……………?

The mismatch in dates is as per your 1st post is error.

Hope you have the copy and acknowledgment of notice of resignation/resignation and acceptance or relieving given by manager in writing………………….and date of your notice of resignation/resignation is mentioned by establishment in said experience letter.

You must have communicated ( since 2016) with past employer to correct the error is dates and must be having copies with POD?

You may convince the next employer based on record in your custody.

For future you may get the mismatch corrected from past establishment.
