Release deed from deceased sister's children

Is relinquishment deed from my diceased sister's children is required for partition of property among brothers?. Is it legally valid ?

Out of my 4 sisters, one elder sister expired during the year 1965, and her husband also expired leaving 4 children behind.  Alrady I have obtained relinquishment deed from all other 3 sisters, but  didnt obtain the same from the children of my deceased sister. Is it mandatory to obtain relinquishment deed from them for executing the property for sale.

I am planning to sell my portion of ancestoral property, for which all other matters are ok, but release deed from my sister's children are pending.

Please suggest your valuable guidance in this matter, as am planning to dispose my share

thanks
