Reimbursement from mediclaim policy/insurance

I have a mediclaim policy. I submitted/deposited all the original documents like discharge summary,all test reports (X Ray, CBC,CD) alongwith Final Bill/Invoice with Last payment receipt.

I lost Advance payment receipts for that I submitted/deposited Duplicate receipts (again taken from Hospital on its letter head with bank stamp and signature.

Now they are demanding again and again original payment receipts what should I do? 

How I get my reimbursment?


complain to the grivences department of the concern insurance company or serve them legal notice for fast disposal of case.
