Regular diploma and distant degree in same time

is diploma by regular mode Nd degree by distance mode in same session is valid or not...if anyone get govt job by diploma....can he apply for civil service (on degree basis) with job(which he get by diploma)

Pursue the rules published by the university that are available on website of said Univ. ,UGC.

no confirm rules at there....asked UGC through RTI....reply.. UGC guidelines silent about this matter....

No... it's not same

it is permissible to carry out diploma and degree from same or other University provided that one is from distance and other is from regular mode
